已经自己找到问题 没有更新apt-get update  
使用命令# sudo apt-get update 然后安装 就好了

apt-get php5-gd 之前。一定要apt-get update一下

然后再 ：apt-get php5-gd
出现以下提示。

你看下，设备硬件信息是不是一样的，我记得好像gen2是双盘吧？应该是不能用的，设备硬件变了

你要是会的话，建议手动把我的链接里的资源下载下来分析一下，里面没什么东西，就是替换了一些网页文件。说到这，我记起来了，如果gen2的文件目录结构没变，是可以用我的脚本的。
