警报: 硬盘 SMART 故障
硬盘自检失败。请联系客服人员。

打客服电话叫我重置硬盘并升级固件，重置数据会丢失么，我觉得重置没用，固件去年就升级到最新版本了。
昨晚上开始出现这个错误的

smart错误我遇到过，当时解决好像是用重装3装了老固件，然后后台UI升级到最新就没报这个问题了，当然，硬盘最好重新格式化下。

我ssh上系统查看了下硬盘信息，应该是硬件故障

DMA问题就比较麻烦了，看起来像是硬盘没响应造成的。
